Restoration of the apartment to developer condition

This is the first stage of the renovation work. What is included in its composition? Depending on the state found on the apartment and needs: dismantling: fixtures, furniture, scraping tiles, tearing off panels, removing old installations. New installations: plumbing, central heating, electrical, demolition and masonry of new walls with plastering, sometimes screeding, leveling of walls in the bathroom, sometimes other walls in the apartment.

Turnkey finishing

Second stage of renovation. We will deliver the ordered finishing materials to the site, carry out the finishing work, coordinate the work of our teams, and clean up after ourselves when the renovation is completed.

Customized furniture

Optionally and at your request, we will make customized furniture to fit you, your interior and your budget.
