Meeting and preliminary
quote for the work

During our meeting, we will identify your needs, plan the budget, define the standard of finishes, and outline the full scope of work. You will receive a preliminary quote, including materials, based on the pricing levels of the discussed finishes.

Contract for works

We sign a contract that guarantees you a deadline for the work, the quality of the materials in which we move. The amount on the contract includes the cost of our work and the purchase of materials we will use for the renovation.

Projects and shopping list

At this stage, we organize a meeting with our designers, during which we work with you to determine the style of the apartment and the functionalities we will incorporate. We then prepare individual technical designs, a shopping list of finishing materials, and optional visualizations. Finally, this stage concludes with the final cost estimate and approval of the design.

Annex to contract for
additional work

What if, in the meantime, you'd like to change the layout of the rooms, plan custom-made furniture for the apartment, or make other changes? We can easily add any of these changes to the original contract as an addendum.

Finishing
apartment

This is the moment when we begin the planned finishing work. A dedicated supervisor constantly monitors the progress and accuracy of the work, not only purchasing materials and delivering them to the site but also constantly monitoring quality and progress, keeping you informed. As a result, you can safely go on vacation while your apartment is being finished, even on vacation, with complete control over the project.

Making customized furniture and furnishing the apartment

Optionally, at your request, we will help you select and create custom-made furniture that will suit your interior and budget. Experienced carpenters will also produce it. As part of this additional service, we will furnish your apartment with household appliances and custom-made furniture of your choice.

We will, of course, strive to maintain the visual aspect, but we must adapt the shopping list to the suppliers we work with.

No, we don’t provide typical finishing services. We always complete the work comprehensively: design + materials + finishing. This allows us to take responsibility for the entire project, and you can be sure of a job well done at a reasonable price. Because we provide a comprehensive service, it’s subject to a lower VAT rate of 8%.
