Meeting and preliminary
quote for the work

During our meeting, we will identify your needs, plan the budget, define the standard of finishes, and outline the full scope of work. You will receive a preliminary quote, including materials, based on the pricing levels of the discussed finishes.

Contract for works

We sign a contract that guarantees you a deadline for the work, the quality of the materials in which we move. The amount on the contract includes the cost of our work and the purchase of materials we will use for the renovation.

Projects and shopping list

At this stage we arrange a meeting with our designers, during which we work with you to determine the style of the apartment and the functionalities we will use. We then prepare individual technical designs, a shopping list of finishing materials, and optional visualizations. Finally, this stage ends with the establishment of a final cost estimate for the finishing touches and approval of the project.

Annex to contract for
additional work

What if you would like to change the layout of the rooms in the meantime, plan custom furniture for the apartment or make other changes? We can easily add any of these changes to the original contract with an addendum.

Finishing

This is the moment when we start the planned finishing work. The course and correctness of the work is supervised all the time by a dedicated supervisor, who not only buys the materials and delivers them to the site, but also checks the quality and progress on an ongoing basis, keeping you informed of everything. As a result, you can go away peacefully for the duration of the apartment finishing, even on vacation, having full control over the implementation.

For this reason, the design we receive from you, we must carefully study and adjust in terms of quality and availability of the necessary finishing materials, or find substitutes to match the standard of our work. The visual issue, of course, we will try to make sure that it remains unchanged, while we have to adjust the shopping list under the suppliers with whom we work.

No, we do not provide the services of a typical finishing team. We always do the work as a whole: design + materials + finishing. Thanks to this, we take responsibility for the entire implementation, and you are assured of a solidly performed work at a reasonable price, because as we perform the service as a whole it is taxed at a lower – 8% Vat rate
